(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral risk factor surveillance system surveys services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– data collection process requires that the contractor follow very specific protocols for data collection, handling, and submission to the centres for disease control and prevention.– Other possible activities include analysing data, generating written summary reports, providing technical assistance on data analysis, technical assistance and guidance on best practices for questionnaire development and data collection.– Annual Survey Revision: Conducting questionnaire formatting, construction, and testing.– Survey Implementation: Managing a call centre with trained interviewers capable of completing a minimum of 6,000 and a maximum of 26,000 health surveys each calendar year.– Data Management: Ensuring that data are collected, cleaned, and formatted in accordance.– Reporting: Implementing a approved data reporting pipeline.– Precontact Notification: Mailing prenotification postcards to sample pool.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2026.
