(1) Vendor needs to provide community satisfaction survey service to the government authority located in Saginaw, MI.• Agency seeking to engage a qualified and experienced consultant organization to provide survey services, including survey development, administration, and analysis related to community satisfaction• Provide all administrative services and support necessary to manage the workload to complete all assignments• This includes office facilities, support staff, researching options, supplies, and equipment.• The survey results will serve as an assistive tool in future strategic planning initiatives.• Work with Township staff to identify survey objectives, priorities, and final survey questions.• Survey design – including methodology, sampling plan, to ensure statistically valid results by geographic area of the Township that are reflective of the Township’s residents and businesses.• Develop a professionally structured, user–friendly survey instrument utilizing clear, unbiased questions.• Develop a communications plan for the survey to maximize public awareness and participation.• Provide benchmarking data and comparative analysis against similarly situated communities, including an explanation of the methodology, datasets, and validity of comparisons utilized.• Utilize analytical methods capable of identifying the relative impact of specific service areas or community attributes on overall resident satisfaction and perception.• Create a comprehensive final deliverable, including an executive summary, detailed written report, data analysis, and presentable materials suitable for publication and public distribution. Final deliverables should provide actionable data informed by statistical analysis (e.g., Importance–Performance Analysis) identifying which service areas most strongly influence overall community perception and satisfaction.• Provide survey administration and oversight to ensure statistically valid results.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
