(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid third party liability, recovery audit contractor and medicaid estate recovery services. – Third Party Liability (TPL)– Managed care TPL data exchange and evaluation– Managed care secondary recovery– Recovery Audit Contracting (RAC)– Medicaid Estate Recovery (MER)– Subrogation and casualty reduction– Cost avoidance– Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP)– Adapt to changes to the programs after implementation.– Maintain an accounting system and employ accounting procedures and practices that conform to generally accepted accounting principles and standards.– Maintain and operate all systems, infrastructure, applications and services.– Comply with agency enterprise data governance, data quality and information management requirements for all systems, interfaces, reporting and deliverables.– Support the collection, exchange, storage, access, retention and transmission of all information necessary to perform services.  – Support the collection, exchange, storage, access, retention and transmission of all information necessary to perform services– Protect all protected, confidential, sensitive, or regulated information transmitted, processed, or stored under contract using industry–standard encryption and data protection practices consistent with applicable laws, regulations, state policies and enterprise security requirements.– Support all data conversion, migration, transition, and implementation activities necessary to ensure continuity of operations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
