THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES

The City of Thousand Oaks is soliciting Request for Proposals/Qualifications ("RFP/Q") from qualified municipal liability claims administrators ("TPA") to assist the City in administering such a program including the adjustment, processing, management and oversight, and resolution process of claims asserted by third parties against the City, its officers, agents, and employees. The City’s current agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2023, and in accordance with City policies and procedures, this Request for Proposal shall be carried out in an effort to solicit responses from firms capable of and qualified for providing the required services and, ultimately, to retain the most qualified firm to provide these services for the City.
