Description
The City of Fort Myers is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified municipal liability and workers’ compensation claims administrators ("TPA") to assist the City in administering such a program including the adjustment, processing, management, and resolution process of claims. The City’s current agreement is set to expire on September 30, 2024, and in accordance with City policies and procedures, this Request for Proposal shall be carried out in an effort to solicit responses from firms capable of and qualified for providing the required services and, ultimately, to retain the most qualified firm to provide these services for the City.
