The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors with restaurant management experience to lease and operate an approximately 4,650 square-foot full-service restaurant/grill, located at 2295 Harbor Road, Newport News, Virginia 23607, and to meet the minimum requirements outlined in this RFP.
