Description
The Town is making available for ground lease a site for a two-story family friendly, full service steak restaurant and possible ancillary retail* use at Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre (HPEC), on the south end of the Chapman Auto Group Arena. The intent of a two story restaurant is to provide a viewing area into the main competition arena below allowing customers to enjoy the events that may be taking place. The restaurant will be available for HPEC patrons as well as open to the general public. HPEC is a municipally owned 38-acre facility that hosts a variety of equestrian (of both the English and Western persuasion), as well as non-equestrian events such as vendor fairs, concerts, and Monster Truck events.
