The Town is making available for purchase (or ground lease) approximately 2.44 acres of land developable for hotel, retail and restaurant uses. The Town of Queen Creek owns numerous properties within the Town Center and seeks to sell (or ground lease) for development certain properties strategically to advance development goals within the area and to take advantage of market opportunities. This solicitation is intended to diversity the economic base in the Town Center and to promote a logical pattern of development while leveraging favorable market conditions to do so. Queen Creek is offering a Site (show in Exhibit A) within the Town Center for sale (or ground lease) and development. The intent is to select one or more teams with the vision, experience, financial strength and capacity to develop and operate high-quality and unique projects which will complement and enhance the Town Center.
