(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party claims admin services.– Third–Party Claims Administration Services for Liability, Worker's Compensation, SELA/Property, and Other Assigned Claims.– Provide Third–Party Claims Administration services on an annual flat–fee basis.– Services such as, but not limited to, preferred provider (PPO) networks, medical case management, vocational rehabilitation, medical bill re–pricing, life care planning, private investigative services, and litigation management.– Payment or nonpayment of claims;– Method of managing the reporting of claims;– Injured employee's work status;– Workers' Compensation Appeals Bond and Rehabilitation Unit appearances.– Assignment, utilization and monitoring of vendors, e.g. surveillance, rehabilitation counsellors, case management etc.
