RFP 23-02 Workers' Compensation Third-Party Administration and Cost Containment Services

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (hereinafter referred to as Metro Fire or the District) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Contractor) to provide third-party claims administration and cost containment services (Services) for the District’s self-insured workers’ compensation program. It is the intent of this RFP to secure the services of a qualified third-party administrator (TPA) that demonstrates competency, minimizes District costs, provides excellent client service, and performs thorough, accurate, and complete workers’ compensation claims and cost containment services. The District does not guarantee that the Contractor will be assigned any particular number of claims by the District. Prior to submitting a proposal, Contractors are advised to carefully read this RFP in its entirety.
