San Mateo County Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals for a two-year contract to inspect, test, and service the Fire Alarm system at San Mateo Medical Center and Administration/Link Building to meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) & The Joint Commission (TJC) compliance and certification standards. Code Conformance Testing should be pursuant to The Joint Commission and the required NFPA Chapters for the frequency period defined there in as Quarterly, Semi Annual, Annual life safety system testing as well as annual Elevator recall, Fire Alarm battery, and bi-annual sensitivity testing.
