Lancaster County Fire Alarm Monitoring, Installation, and Repair

Lancaster County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide for Fire Alarm monitoring, maintenance, and installation services for fire suppression systems for multiple properties of Lancaster County, listed in Attachment A, as required by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) current requirements. Lancaster County will accept proposals from a qualified vendor to provide Off-Site Monitoring, and Repair of its fire alarm systems. The Vendor will be responsible for Maintenance of Water Based Fire Protection Systems and NFPA Standard on Clean Agent Extinguishing Systems for compliance. A separate vendor will perform testing and inspection on the installed systems. This contract will be for a three (3) year term, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years.
