Description

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe fire protection and intrusion alarm inspection services being requested by the Alameda County General Services Agency (GSA)–Building Maintenance Department (BMD). Contractor will provide testing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of fire alarm, fire protection, and intrusion alarm systems for County buildings in Alameda County. The County intends to award a three (3)-year contract (with the option to renew it for two (2) years) to a multi-award of up to three (3) Bidders, one (1) Bidder per designated region, selected as the most responsible Bidders whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements.
