(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial services to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.A. Data Collection & Review– Gather demographic, financial, and plan data from the agency or plan administrator.– Validate completeness and accuracy of data; coordinate with plan administrationB. Reporting & Disclosures– Prepare an Actuarial Valuation Report meeting GASB 75 requirements, including all note disclosures and Required Supplementary Information (RSI).– Provide schedules suitable for inclusion in the agency's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.– Deliver interim updates as needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
