Bridge Inspection Services 2026 and 2027, Section 26-00711-00-BI

The City of Urbana is seeking assistance with bridge inspection and bridge program management services for the City's bridge and structure inventory, including 12 bridges subject to the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and 17 structures not subject to the NBIS, for inspections due in calendar years 2026 and 2027. The bridge inspections and bridge program management services shall be according to NBIS and Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) requirements. Inspections for bridges subject to NBIS require utilization of the IDOT Bridge Inspection System (BIS). The City's bridge and structure inventory are summarized by the following documents, which are included in the Attachments: Bridge Inspection Inventory Spreadsheet.
