ASM-2579 - USA (California) - Real Asset Valuation Management Service - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real asset valuation management service to the government authority located in California. – provide management and oversight of annual appraisals and quarterly valuations, and consulting services relating to the Real Assets Portfolio.– The role of the Valuation Management Company (VMC) will include, but may not be limited to:• Managing the annual appraisal and quarterly valuation processes for agency;• Engaging independent third–party appraisers’ and providing reviews of the appraisals;• Reviewing quarterly valuations provided by agency Real Assets external managers;• Providing interim quarterly valuations for identified assets;• Ensuring compliance with ASC 820;• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to review and evaluate internal valuation practices of appraisal firms;• Providing expertise in the process of valuing entity level interests or agency interest in separate accounts, commingled funds, and various business structures identified by CalPERS.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
