(1) Vendor needs to provide developer partnership and acquisition service to the government authority located in Boise, ID.  – The joint acquisition and development or preservation of affordable or permanent supportive housing.– Production of affordable multifamily rental housing. – Production of permanent supportive housing. – Preservation, rehabilitation, and potential redevelopment of naturally occurring affordable housing or properties exiting another required affordability period.– Adaptive re–use of existing buildings to produce affordable housing. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
