(1) Vendor needs to provide development partner service to the government authority located in Twin Falls, ID. • Development partner to deliver a catalytic mixed–use project to include housing, hospitality, and retail that strengthens downtown vibrancy, activates the public realm, and contributes to long–term economic sustainability• Drives pedestrian activity,• Activates street frontage,• Encourages extended downtown visitation,• Supports surrounding businesses, and• Generates lasting economic momentum.• Shared parking arrangements;• Parking management strategies (e.g., time limits, pricing, valet, or district–wide coordination);• Demand–reduction approaches (walkability, mixed–use synergies, or other mobility strategies).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
