2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant - Public Services

Pierce County Human Services is soliciting applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services activities. Applications should seek to support essential public services that address basic needs and promote stability for vulnerable populations who reside within the Pierce County Consortium. The funds support a wide range of public service activities, which must primarily benefit low-income and/or homeless individuals. The initial contract period is July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with a total value of $380,000. Based on funding and performance, the County intends to renew contracts for a second 12-month period. Applicants may apply for the initial contract period only, with a minimum funding request amount of $20,000 is required to apply for funding.
