(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing real estate services to the government authority located in Carlsbad, CA.– Provide full service professional real estate services necessary to purchase and sell the target homes, including but not limited to the following:– Represent the City in real estate transactions as the agent.– Facilitate due diligence inspections.– Advise the City on issues that arise between the interested party and the City.– Assist the Housing & Homeless Services Department in executing procedures supporting the sales of new affordable housing units to lower–income buyer and operation of the City’s Affordable Housing Resale Program(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
