EXTRA-71794 - USA (New Hampshire) - Community Power and Community Choice Aggregation Consultant Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community power and community choice aggregation consultant services to the government authority located in New Hampshire.– Program Assessment and Planning. Work with Town staff and any designated committee or working group to evaluate program goals, customer impacts, rate competitiveness, renewable product options, governance structure, implementation schedule, and required municipal approvals.– Community Power Plan Development. Modify the existing Electric Aggregation Plan (as necessary) to satisfy all applicable statutory, regulatory, and utility requirements, including procedures for customer enrolment, opt–out, customer inquiries, supplier issues, distribution utility coordination, and ongoing program administration.– Public Engagement and Education. Develop clear public–facing materials, presentations, FAQs, website content, and meeting materials that explain the program in plain English, including customer choice, rate options, opt–out rights, renewable options, and expected benefits and risks.– Competitive Supplier Procurement. Design and manage a competitive, supplier–agnostic solicitation process for licensed competitive suppliers, including bid specifications, supplier outreach, bid evaluation, risk analysis, and recommendations to the Town.– Program Launch and Customer Enrolment. Manage launch activities, including customer notification, opt–out and opt–in processes, coordination with the supplier and utility, call–center and website readiness, communications support, and issue–resolution procedures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
