EXTRA-71197 - USA (Stone Mountain, Georgia) - Community Based Action Planning Service - Deadline July 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community–based action planning service to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA.       – Provide impartial facilitation to navigate complex, broad–based collaborations; oversee multiple, coordinated efforts across diverse geographic clusters; and provide detailed documentation and written summary reports that accurately reflect stakeholder input. – Collect stakeholder feedback at every meeting through structured and open–ended methods, ensuring that all documented input accurately reflects the community’s expressed priorities and concerns.– Develop a community engagement plan tailored to each cluster.– Ensure broad and equitable participation across all clusters and stakeholder groups.– Provide synthesized feedback to the superintendent and the board of education.– Provide multilingual engagement to ensure access for all community members.– Build community understanding of the boundary review process.– Identify community priorities to inform district decision–making(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
