(1) Vendor needs to provide solar power purchase agreement service to the government authority located in La Plata, MD.– Third–party solar developers and electric suppliers regarding the feasibility, structure, pricing, and implementation of a solar power purchase agreement to serve municipal facilities.– Design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. – Interconnection with local utility (e.g., smeco service territory as applicable). – Metering and monitoring (revenue–grade meters, data access). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
