EXTRA-72280 - USA (North Augusta, South Carolina) - Comprehensive Plan Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan services to the government authority located in North Augusta, SC.– Identify the key project stakeholders, including policy– and decision–makers. – Develop a full understanding of the project expectations of those stakeholders and document those expectations.– Include interactive discussions between consultants and stakeholders.– Identify and document a detailed scope of work for the plan including identification of the issues that must be addressed by the final Comprehensive Plan, based on stakeholder and staff input, and on the consultant’s professional expertise.– Develop recommendations for the most effective and appropriate planning process/project approach that should be used for preparing the final Comprehensive Plan– Identify and recommend the most appropriate methods and tasks for publicizing the project and maintaining interest and communication with the public.– Public communication strategy should identify each of the methods of public communication that will be used during the Plan development, the points/dates at which they will be used during the project (tied to the Project Workplan), and estimated costs for each method.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
