Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive disaster services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Provide a wide range of disaster preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery professional services.– These activities may include, but are not limited to: project development, consultant selection process, administration of contracts, constructability reviews, construction services assistance, project bid support, construction administration assistance, construction tracking and program monitoring, field inspections, and close out.– The Consultant may be responsible for the revision of existing plans, policies, and procedures or the development of new policies, plans, or procedures directly or indirectly related to all phases of emergency management, under the direction of the Director of Emergency Management or their designee.– The Consultant will provide on–demand emergency management support to enhance the City's organizational readiness and resilience across all phases of emergency management. Services under this section are intended to supplement City staff capacity and subject matter expertise as needs arise and may span preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery efforts.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
