(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system.– Provide a robust and configurable workflow with configurable approval stages to support the Grant Lifecycle, with detailed status and stages that span new, application tracking/data collection, active, COA setup, pending, closed, etc.– Provide configurable and robust reporting and dashboards.– Provide Integration with HR/Employee data, insurers, and third–party administrators (TPAs).– Provide Workers Compensation Insurance Code (WCIC) report with integration to employee compensation.– Provide Integrations with Fleet & Asset management, real estate, capital asset management.– Integrate Payroll, Employee data pertaining to Workers Compensation – Track Ergonomic assessments, safety & wellness, PPE by employee, tracking and reporting.– System will automatically check for and prevent duplicate invoice numbers for the same vendor (don't pay same invoices twice) – System allows files to be attached in the system to the invoice (scanned image of invoice) – System provides workflow approval of p–card transactions – Provide centralized document storage for reports.– Provide systematic integration/API support from multiple banks.– Provide customer setup and maintenance functionality for all customers including systems with miscellaneous customer billing. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
