Enterprise Resource Planning & Enterprise Asset Management (ERP/EAM) System

City of Apopka (The City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms (“Proposers” or “Vendors”) to replace its current Enterprise Resource Planning System with a new state-of-the-art, open access, user-friendly system. The City seeks a Proposer with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, Best-of-Class Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Asset Management System (ERP/EAM System). The City expects to have one integrated system (either with a single system or integrated systems) that includes functions and capabilities listed in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are to be submitted via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/apopka) . Bids will be received until 'Proposal Submission Time on 'Proposal Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted.
