NOTICE TO PROPOSERS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Business Applications, and Implementation Services RFP NO. 23-16 CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS The City of Killeen will receive Request for Proposals for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Business Applications, and Implementation Services electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 p.m. on January 19, 2023. Proposal submissions shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the vendor and “RFP NO. 23-16 ERP System, Business Applications, and Implementation Services, 2:00 p.m., January 19, 2023”. Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Vendors may register and submit proposals electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified vendors offering a modern software solution. The software must possess functionality and features identified herein to replace the City’s current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Central Square (Superion) Financials and Human Resources modules. The City seeks a qualified vendor (Proposer) who can demonstrate organizational, functional, technical capabilities, and possess the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide and support a fully integrated, proven ERP solution, along with the professional services specified to complete the ERP implementation and support the system postimplementation, will be required. RFP questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site, until 5:00 p.m. on January 5, 2023. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov website. It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
