CONS-22106 - USA (Shelburne, Vermont) - Historic Buildings Renovation Construction Management Service - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic buildings renovation construction management service to the government authority located in Shelburne, VT.   – Architectural and engineering consulting services to evaluate, cost out, plan, and prepare construction documents for extensive renovations to three historic buildings that require significant repair and interior improvements.  – CM will also be involved in pre–construction during the Phase 2 and Phase 3 design phases, providing support on constructability, phasing, and estimating. – Construction management services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.          (4) A mandatory pre–proposal walk–through will be held on July 01, 2026.
