As-Needed Professional Services - Construction Management Fire Stations and General Building Renovations

The City of Vista (City) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professionals to provide as-needed construction management services for various public facilities utilizing a Design-Build delivery method. The City intends to award a contract for as-needed construction management services for (1) Fire Stations and (2) General Building Renovations. All Proposals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code and the City will select one or more firms according to the evaluation criteria described in this RFP and any subsequent negotiations. Funding will be identified on a project basis as determined by available grants and approved Capital Improvement Program. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. A separately sealed Fee Schedule shall be included with the Proposal, which the City shall only open after first considering and ranking the qualifications presented by each firm.
