The City of Cheyenne in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking proposals from qualified construction companies for the construction management at risk services and the construction of the Municipal Building Renovation and Potential City Council Building and Second Floor Municipal Court Renovation. Services will include general building and site construction for the Cheyenne Municipal Building Renovation upon approval of voters with 6 th Penny Funding. It will also include the potential renovation of the old Senior Activity Center to the new City Council Building and the tenant improvement of the Second Floor of the Municipal Court.
