Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Various Building Renovation Projects

The Collin County Community College District (“Collin") is seeking sealed responses from qualified firms to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction and construction services for the following as part of Collin’s 2024 Capital Improvement Program. This solicitation shall be used to select an individual firm for both Packages. It is the intent of the District to select one firm for both Packages the District reserves the right to award each Package to separate firms: Package 1 Renovation of existing CHEC building. This project’s estimated construction cost is projected to be approximately $7 million and targeted square footage is approximately 90,000 sf, of which 41,000 will be carpet replacement. The balance will be varying degrees of renovations. Package 2 Renovation of existing Courtyard building. This project’s estimated construction budget is approximately $5 million and targeted square footage is approximately 30,000 sf.
