Construction Management at Risk Services for Fire Station No. 27

What is the solicitation method? The County is seeking Consulting services to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the construction of a new approximately 13,000 square foot (SF) one story, four bay standalone fire station on Venice Avenue in Venice, Florida. The County anticipates to award a Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction Agreement to the selected consultant for the term of the project.
