Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR) for a New Fire Station

The City of Lakend is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from licensed state certified and qualified general contractor Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to furnish all work, necessary permits, and construction supervision for the construction of the New Fire Station project, per terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Upon the completion of the review process, the City intends to enter into direct negotiations with the most qualified respondent, resulting in a single contract award. The entire estimated project value, including design and construction, is $3.6M.
