The City of Prescott is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide design phase assistance and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for (3) three fire stations for the Prescott Fire Department. The estimated construction cost for (3) Fire Stations is approximately $30M, including the cost for construction. It is the city’s desire to have the (3) fire stations completed before the end of 2028.
