(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying agency services for support statewide and regional digital marketing efforts.– The selected vendor will be responsible for the strategic planning, purchasing, and placement of digital advertising across various platforms.– Services include, but are not limited to: digital advertising strategy development; audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization; platform selection and media placement across digital channels; campaign performance tracking, analytics, and reporting; dashboard development and actionable insight delivery; vendor compensation transparency and budget management; and dedicated account management. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
