(1) Vendor needs to provide creative and ad design marketing services.– Marketing & communications liaison to plan, produce, and deliver creative marketing and visual media assets– Include fairtime and non–fairtime services such as creative advertising, digital content, website support, and promotional materials– Responsible for ensuring visual consistency across all creative outputs, utilizing provided brand guidelines and approved logos to maintain cohesive brand identity while adapting creative assets for a variety of platforms, campaigns, and media placements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
