(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel strategic partner services.– Provide competitive, negotiated room rates for individual and group university travel across a range of property types and price points.– Offer last–room availability or comparable access provisions in high–demand markets, were feasible.– Ensure a portfolio of properties in key domestic and international destinations relevant to university travel patterns.– Provide a seamless booking experience compatible with the university’s travel management systems and agencies.– Offer flexible cancellation and modification policies aligned with university travel needs.– Provide a dedicated account management team to support program implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization, including hotel sourcing, room block RFP distribution, and contract negotiations for IU groups.– Support group travel and event lodging needs with meeting space coordination, on–site services for conferences and university programs, and pooled or enterprise level points accrual.– Collaborate with the university to develop strategies that increase adoption of preferred hotel Properties.– Provide traveller benefits such as loyalty program enhancements, room upgrades, early checking or late check–out, and other value–added amenities where available.– Ensure properties meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and quality.– Provide dedicated coordination for large–scale university events, including athletic travel, academic conferences, and recruitment activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
