TRAVEL-1639 - USA (Nashville, Tennessee) - International Travel Services - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide international travel services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.         – Travel agent services must include solutions for booking discounted airfare for both individuals and groups.– Travel agent services must include solutions for booking airfare outside– Its travel agent services must include solutions for booking group travel with individual deviations– Travel agent services must include solutions for State requirements for turnaround time to book travel arrangements once notified by institution.– Travel agent services must include the ability for institutions to upload travel documents to vendor’s system for booking– Travel agent services must include the ability to provide electronic ticketing and provide confirmation number back to institution.– Travel agent services must include solutions for booking with co–share (partner) airlines that includes preference for seamless tickets.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on June 5, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
