(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial airline and charter air strategic partner services.– Provide competitive airfare pricing for domestic and international university business travel.– Offer flexible fare rules, including change and cancellation of accommodations aligned with university travel needs.– Ensure broad network coverage with convenient routes from key university travel hubs, including and other regional airports, with particular interest in flights to other big 10 university locations.– Deliver a user–friendly booking experience compatible with the university’s travel management systems and agencies.– Provide dedicated account management support, including a primary point of contact for issue resolution and program optimization.– Offer traveller benefits such as seat upgrades, priority boarding, baggage allowances, and loyalty program incentives where feasible.– Support group travel coordination for academic programs, student groups, and university sponsored events.– Provide 24/7 customer service support for travellers, including assistance with disruptions and rebooking.– Initiate a sponsorship package associated with Strategic Airline Partner status, including financial or in–kind contributions.– Provide branding and visibility through university–approved channels such as events, digital platforms, and campus initiatives.– Collaborate on co–branded marketing campaigns that promote the partnership to the university community.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
