(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning for sustainability consulting services.– Research and review related project documents in support of development of a sustainability strategic plan.– Assist in defining the university’s strategy, direction and decision making on allocating its resources to pursue strategies.– Design control mechanisms for guiding the implementation of the strategy.– Consult on strategies for effectively implementing the sustainability strategic plan.– Provide guidance and support in the design of the final sustainability action plan.– Engage leadership, key partners, and the broader community throughout the process.– Consult on strategies for effectively implementing the sustainability strategic plan.– Support the development of a working group meeting series to ensure the structure and process for an interactive and productive meetings.– Support development of communication and engagement strategy for the broader campus community.– Create structure and framework through the planning process to ensure the development of a comprehensive, clear, and concise final product.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
