ASM-2547 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Hotel Asset Management Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel asset management services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Provide hotel asset management services.– Assist the City for new hotel management agreement and, if needed, transition to a new Hotel operator. – Serve as primary liaison to third party property management and brand representatives. – Conduct analyses of hotel financial statements and operating performance and challenge hotel management to respond where areas of opportunity exist. – Evaluate brand or operating initiatives to reduce cost while still maintaining the highest guest satisfaction and ensure third party management’s compliance with management contracts and strategically negotiate with management to maximize return on investment. • Conduct analyses of individual hotel and eligible hotel management company proposers’ financial statements and operating performance, market positioning and other key indicators and identify individual company areas of excellence and shortcomings.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
