(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive Title IX, equal employment opportunity (EEO), and civil rights compliance services to the government authority located in Missouri.– Providing comprehensive compliance administration, complaint intake and assessment, investigations, hearings, appeals, informal resolution services, training, policy consultation, reporting support, and case management technology necessary to support agency commitment to legal compliance, equitable treatment of students and employees, and institutional effectiveness.– Compliance Program Administration:• Review policies, procedures, workflows, templates, and communications for legal compliance and best practices.• Assess current caseloads and historical trends.– Intake, Response, and Case Management:• Receive and assess reports of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, retaliation, and related misconduct through the College’s existing case–processing platform (Maxient)• Conduct intake meetings and initial assessments.• Coordinate supportive measures and interim actions.– Investigation Services:• Conducting impartial investigations.• Gathering evidence and witness statements.• Preparing written investigation reports.– Hearing and Adjudication Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
