(1) Vendor needs to provide FMLA management administration service.– Electronic FMLA and absence management administration.  – Provide FMLA management administration for human resources (HR) and compliance departments.– The solution must provide robust automation, mitigate legal risk, and streamline communication for a large–scale, potentially multi–site workforce.– Provide a multi–channel automated communication engine to ensure compliance with timelines and high employee engagement.– Benefits and premium billing system must generate reports or interface with benefits a admins to ensure employee premium collection during unpaid leave.– To secure an electronic vendor for the end–to–end administration of FMLA and any applicable state–mandated leave programs.(2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
