The Houston Housing Authority (“HHA”) and its affiliates and subsidiaries, have issued this solicitation with the intent to establish a contract with qualified firm(s) to provide HHA with Legal Services for Civil Rights Matters , in accordance with the requirements specified herein. Interested parties who wish to respond to this solicitation will submit the required documents to the OpenGov Procurement Portal , by 2:00 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Thursday, October 16, 2025 : Houston Housing Authority (HHA) Re: RFP 25-23 Legal Services for Cival Rights Matters Interested parties are encouraged to check the OpenGov Procurement Portal prior to the submission of their sealed response to ensure they are aware of any Amendment(s) that may affect this solicitation. Late submissions will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation must be sent through the OpenGov Procurement portal by the date and time listed in the timeline of this solicitation. Any changes to the requirements specified herein will be done via an Amendment.
