Public Notice Sole Source - Light Rail Vehicle Glass

Valley Metro plans to execute a sole source contract with Custom Glass Solutions to provide OEM replacement glass for the existing Kinkisharyo Light Rail Vehicles. This contract will replace the current contract and add additional glass to the contract that is set to expire May 31, 2024. Any vendor, organization, or person having information that may refute the determination that the goods or services being procured are a sole source must respond on the Valley Metro E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro , no later than March 25, 2024 5:00 P.M. MST (Phoenix local time) . A login will be required to submit a response. Questions regarding this procurement action may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro . Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time . Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this Procurement.
