Public Notice Sole Source - Wheel Truing Machine/Underfloor Wheel Lathe Maintenance and Service

Valley Metro plans to execute a sole source contract with NSH USA Corporation for maintenance and service of the Wheel Truing Machine/Underfloor Wheel lathe U2000-400 at the Valley Metro Facility in Phoenix, AZ. These services are necessary to keep the wheel truing machine functional and the light rail vehicle wheels running smoothly. Any vendor, organization, or person having information that may refute the determination that the goods or services being procured are a sole source must respond on the Valley Metro E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro , no later than March 14, 2024 3:00 P.M. MST (Phoenix local time). A login will be required to submit a response. Questions regarding this procurement action may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro . Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time. Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this Procurement.
