Public Notice Sole Source - Qognify VMS Advanced Camera Extension

Valley Metro plans to execute a sole source contract with Qognify to complete an upgrade to the existing Video Management System. This upgrade will replace the NiceVision system as it will soon be obsolete and enable Valley Metro to add additional cameras to the system for the rail extension projects. Any vendor, organization, or person having information that may refute the determination that the goods or services being procured are a sole source must respond on the Valley Metro E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro , no later than February 8, 2024 3:00 P.M. MST (Phoenix local time). A login will be required to submit a response. Questions regarding this procurement action may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro . Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time. Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this Procurement.
