Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article IX Procurement Code Sec. 2-340§§ Competitive bidding requirements— Sole Source and Public Contract Rule, the City of Surprise issues this Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source #325004. The City intends to award Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, as the sole authorized Level 1 Distributor for Neptune Technology Group, for the state of Arizona. Ferguson Enterprises is the sole distributor of Neptune Meters, Radio Frequency Meter Reading Systems, and generally described equipment. A listing of equipment and parts is available by contacting the Utility Billing Division.
