Notice of Intended Single / Sole Source Purchase - MedStat Off-Road Ambulance Vehicle - MS 500

The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: MedStat Off-Road Ambulance Vehicle, which will be used during events and responses for limited access locations and rapid local responses. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: ASAP Off-Road Specialty Vehicles is the only manufacturer or provider of the MedStat Off-Road Ambulance Vehicle. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with ASAP Off-Road Specialty Vehicles for supplying the above.
